2. Open Outlook:

3. From the menu select Tools and then Options:

4. Select the Mail Format tab. In the "Compose in this message format" box choose HTML or Plain Text depending on the template you downloaded. Then click on the Signatures button:

5. Click on the New button:

6. In field 1, enter the name of your signature (such as, HTML or Plain Text). In field 2, select “Use this file as a template” and then click the Browse button:

7. Browse to your Desktop and choose either the HTML or PLAIN TEXT your previously downloaded and click Select:

8. Make the necessary changes to the signature to reflect: your name; your title; your state in the logo; phone & fax numbers; delete the web site addresses that do not apply to you; and your address. Click Finish:

9. Select your new signature from the Signature field in the Create Signature window. Then click OK:

10. In the Signature area, in the drop-down menu for "Signature for new messages", select your new signature. Then click OK:
